Our Cancellation Policy



Please be on time, as once we are running late it impacts on our day and the next client. While we always do our best to be flexible, late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.

Please give 24hrs notice if you are unable to make your appointment. This gives us time to contact someone on our cancellation list.

Appointments 2hrs plus require a $50 deposit at time of booking. For cancellations of appointments over 2 hrs or in the case of no-shows, this deposit will be forfeited.

We are pleased to offer gift vouchers for any treatment or $ value. No-shows may result in Gift Voucher being forfeited.
