Our Cancellation Policy


We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before

the beginning of your appointment.


For cancellations, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice so that

the appointment can be filled. A full refund of any monies paid will

be refunded, provided a minimum of 24 hours notice is given.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled

appointment time will need to be rescheduled to prevent losing

your deposit. No refunds will be given where cancellations occur

within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Failure to

contact the salon to reschedule appointments, or no-shows, will

have deposits forfeited.
